ZHOU Liuliu, Lawyer

Ms. Liuliu (Laura) ZHOU studied corporate and commercial law at the "East China University of Political Science and Law" in Shanghai. She obtained her bachelor's degree (LLB) in 1996. Based on this, she studied international business and trade law at "SOAS University of London", where she received in 2002 a master's degree (LLM).

With the legal practicing experiences for more than 20 years, Ms. Laura Zhou has been providing legal services for various clients in wide areas, and has had rich experiences in corporate affairs, M&A, multi-countries investments and transactions, project financing, venture capital and private equity. Ms. Laura Zhou is well qualified to provide high-quality legal services to the clients for plan of transaction structure, legal due diligence, contract negotiation, draft of legal documents, provision of legal advices and analysis and many other practice areas.


Today, she is a partner in the renowned law firm "Jincheng Tongda & Neal (JT & N)" with offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Jinan, Hefei, Xi'an and Shenyang.

Dr. Michael Schmidt, Lawyer, Specialist Solicitor of Taxation, Tax Advisor

Dr. Michael Schmidt supports and advises German and international companies on all aspects of tax and corporate law since 1995. Before setting up his own law firm in Frankfurt am Main, he worked in globally operating, international law offices.

His main areas of activity are: corporate structuring, international tax structuring, defense - process management and auditing, tax transaction structuring, financing and succession planning.

In case of need, he actively supports us in the design of international contracts, selection of the optimal legal form, tax advice, structuring of cross-border transactions (in particular taking into account the issues of anti-BEPS and clearing price documentation) as well as in contractual negotiations.

EuroSupport, headquartered in Constanta, is our trusted partner for business to and from Romania. The company is specialized in European Union funding programs. They are responsible for projects with repayable financial resources (e.g. low-interest loans) and those with non-repayable funds (e.g. grants). Other services such as legal advice and contacts with Romanian companies complete the portfolio.
